HTSRS-H Automatic water-soluble acid tester (colorimetric) is according to the national standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T7598-2008 Design and manufacture of water-soluble acid determination method for transformer oil and related standards in operation. Using large screen liquid crystal display, the use of microprocessor control, according to the user's set conditions to automatically complete heating, constant temperature, oscillation, sampling, testing, cleaning, printing and other functions, can measure 1-3 samples at one time, greatly shorten the user's test time, and the instrument with USB interface can communicate with the computer.

Notes
1. If the instrument is not used for a long time, the pipeline should be cleaned, and the three sample Erlenmeyer flasks should be replaced with absolute ethanol and then click the system to clean the three pipelines respectively;
2. Pay attention to whether the Erlenmeyer flask must be pressed before the test, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the Erlenmeyer flask during the shaking process;
3. Before the test, please check that the stainless-steel straw on the test stopper on the Erlenmeyer flask must be at the bottom of the cup to prevent the straw from pumping out the oil sample together, affecting the test results, and contaminating the test pipeline;
4. Pay attention to the Erlenmeyer flask and test cup must be kept clean, and the PH value is neutral, so that the test results are more accurate;
5. During the test, prevent the test solution from being scattered into the inside of the instrument and affecting the test components;
6. If after the test is completed, there is no need to do the laboratory, please replace the working cover of the indicator with a sealed cover, and keep it in a cool and dark place;
