Developed on the basis of the requirements of power frequency pressure resistance in the relevant regulations such as 2020 foot protection safety Shoes. Intelligent insulation voltage withstand test can be carried out on safety equipment such as insulation shoes and insulation gloves as required. The resistance test period of insulation shoes and insulation gloves is half a year. No breakdown is allowed during the test, and the leakage current of insulation shoes and insulation gloves is not greater than the limit value. The products are suitable for all power related industries.
Product features
1,the instrument can carry out the test of 2 insulating boots or insulating gloves at the same time (can be expanded and customized 8), and measure the leakage current of each test product.
2,The inner lining of insulated shoes is fabric, and the dry test method of placing small steel balls inside is used in the test, which gets rid of the traditional method of filling the shoes with water to do the test, and the lining is not easy to dry after the test.
3,The leakage current sampling and tripping mechanism of the pressure support are all powered by lithium batteries, and the lithium battery power is displayed by electricity percentage.
4,high and low voltage separation, the leakage current of 2 channels is displayed by a bright LED display module.
5,each test has a breaking mechanism, when any one way breakdown or exceed the set leakage current value, the test will automatically leave the test, does not affect other tests.
6,the breaking current of the support can be set by pressing the button.
7,insulation boots test with a special stainless steel grounding tray, insulation gloves test with a special stainless steel container, easy to operate.
