HTYSP-P Portable transformer oil chromatograph is a portable dedicated chromatograph for rapid on-site analysis of transformers. The instrument adopts the classic three-detector process, and the full analysis of the content of seven gas components dissolved in the insulating oil (including H2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2, CO and CO2) can be completed in one injection, and the analysis data is completely consistent with the traditional laboratory chromatograph data. The instrument adopts advanced small modular design concept, the whole machine is small in size and light in weight, easy to carry to the site for analysis, providing timely and accurate data for the supervision and test of transformers, and also saving a lot of manpower and material resources.

1. Fully micro-computerized touch screen operation
Four temperature control and carrier gas flow can be monitored at the same time, which is convenient to view multiple control parameters. And realize the temperature of each temperature zone digital setting and control, detector control, overtemperature protection and other functions of single-button operation.

3. Three-detector process

When the temperature control platinum resistance is short-circuited (or open), and the temperature exceeds the set protection value, the heating switch can be automatically disconnected to protect the instrument, and the fault location and fault type can be displayed.
