UHV-505 damped oscillation wave state detection system is a new type of test equipment used for cable field detection and state diagnosis. It has the characteristics of simple and practical, small size, easy transportation, non-destructive test for cable under AC voltage condition, and diversified means of insulation performance detection and evaluation. The combination of Damped AC Voltage (DAC) withstand voltage test and local discharge test provides an effective means for discovering potential defects in cable insulation. In addition, the condition evaluation of insulation aging degree of power cable can be further realized with the help of dielectric loss field measurement technology.
The damped AC voltage generated by the system in the test process can reach up to 30kV, and combined with advanced system hardware and system software for diagnosis, the new version of the software can upload the test data to the cloud under the condition of network, in order to facilitate remote data analysis.
